problem with r-sim 7+

hi having some problem with new set of r-sim 7 the blue type i must say quality is good but the sim tray for both iphone 5 and 4s are too thick it hard to fit into the phone when trying to insert them every time i get a phone to unlock i need to file down the tray to make it fit and that stress plz look into this is 50pcs i bought from r-sim mart
