Need help urgent please

I have received htc explorer a310B with no signal andriod version 4.04 latest but no signal and no camera no other application then i flash with andriod rom 2.3.5 then all is ok but no signal and in seetings show model a310e so i need original stock ROM built number, (1.17.862.2). i already search on net but no success thanks advance. last time i flash ROM (htc_pico_stock_1.43.720.2). All is OK but no signal i think some different ROM between a310e and a310B.
