iPhone 4 no sound during call

Hi,



I have an iPhone 4 laying arround and it has the following problem :

• no sound during phone calls ( also on speaker )


• mic during phone calls

How can i fix this ? This phone was dropped from 2.5M height.



Do i need to replace / reflow Audio IC 338S0589 ?



If i need to replace it what temperature can i use the best ?
