rm-820 driver problem

hi, i have one nokia rm-820 , i repair boot using latest version of atfjtag , using ffu method , after that i reflashed phone, and now phone is on working condition, but i cannot install drivers for it.

nokia usb conectivity driver is installed correct, but i cannot install

nokia lumia 920 rm-820 driver...it is detected with '' ? '' in device manager.

i tried all drivers, win xp , win 7 , win 8.1..and can't get it work.

i used driver from microsoft office support , for windows winusb driver..i can get it detected like winusb in device manager..but still cannot get info using atf software..it detecte like this:
