plz help .. cant read flash write mt27

have sony sola i cant erase anything like deep freeze on windows



i try factory reset no solve :o



try erasy internal memory when reboot everything back :o



try flashing with flash tool stuck at reading device information :o



try unlock bootloader getting error FAILED (remote: oem unlock failed!) :o



what can i do ? its memory problem ?:rolleyes:
