nEW USER , I THINK MY DONGLE HAS A PROBLEM

i was able to register and update the dongle to 1.15 but each time i try to test the sensor i don t see the second red light blinking so it is like it is not starting the unlocking proses .....sensor is connected properly according to manual





pls advice what to do
