Samsung DT Not Working On SM-G805A

Tried and tried to unlock via uart cable comport using Octopus Box as Interface but never succeeded,used XP,Windows7 32Bit again i failed to unlock

please tell me what to do in this case

the same thing showed by software "reboot phone and restart application"
