i9500 4.4.2 imei null/ null

i received i9500 with imei, after make repair imei dont have signal, then make repair network and the result is imei null/ null i was backuped efs, cert and security, write efs cert and security but the phone still same: imei null /null

make efs repair in download mode, then try wite service imei, show writing imei failed
