Switch the device OFF

Remove the flash card from the phone

Press and hold down Vol -, Vol + buttons simultaneously, then press and hold Power until your phone completely freezes on the pink screen





1. Select "Qualcomm" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software

2. "Phone model" dropdown box has to be set to "Autodetect"

3. Go to "Service" tab

4. Set the phone to Download mode (procedure is explained in the Download mode manual)

5. Connect your device to PC with USB cable

6. Install required Huawei smartphone driver (only if the phone is connected for the first time)

7. Select DBAdapter Reserved Interface in the ports selection tab

8. Press "Unlock Huawei bootloader" button

9. The message "Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully

10. Disconnect the handset, remove and reinstall the battery
