i9505 Huge Problem !

Hi ,i have in hand an s4 i9505 and it says no service ,,i tried all things via z3x ,no succses but what I notice is that phone when i press *#1234# it shows

CSC:I9505EVRFNB3



THE CP is missing ,, i flashed with a stock recvoery when is included modem.bin

same thing what should i do Imei is NULL/NULL:confused:
