lg p880 High temperature detected, powering off for your safety

i have one lg p880 with broken touch! after replace touch i have mesage: "High temperature detected, powering off for your safety" and phone is restarted!

i payd another phone p880 for measurements and... after disassembly and reassembly... the same error.

now i have 2 pieces lg p880 demaged!



wich is problem? someone knows?



procesor is AP33-A3.





I made sure to put the cooling system ok. but nothing ..
