I have a water damaged iPhone 5S, the screen is black but the phone is still working because I can hear the sound. The iPhone is locked with a password and I have it. When I try to do a backup to the computer, it asks me to put the password on the the iPhone but I can't because the screen is black. I even tried typing the password on the black screen but didn't work.
Is there any way I can do a backup or even extract the information (contact, pictures and videos) from the iPhone.
Your help guys is really appreciated.
