Expert Need Help and Working Solution For Samsung auto show 50 amp on meter or DC meter for Leakage in Power Area..

According to This Post and Picture,
Here I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505. During Capture Photos Battery was too low and mobile went off,
and did not power on again. when I check with DC meter and Multimeter
it show these Reading....
With DC Meter..
With Multimeter show reading this.
In This Circumstances Stated above, Expert Give us a right solution for Mobile Alive again.
( Expert should indicating in the Motherboard picture, that which part should be check and repair for Phone Alive and Working fine. )
