Need free server for modify/download direct files

Hello guys.

I am working on a software that need modify/download files.

I'd already tryed Hosting0, Hostinger, Dropbox, Sky Drive and didn't work properly with VB 2010.



I've been wondering if you know about a free server that allows me to modify or direct download files properly.
