Hi I have HTC Clone X920e SPD Android SC6820 phone when i Connecting



it on volcano its recognize but i cant format the phone or restore the phone its says analyse wait pres power poton



and nothing happen i keep wating and nothing happen



i select boot bult in 6820



plezzz help how i can format or Restore this phone by volcano box



i need to learn step by step
