HOW TO CHECK LOCKS COUNTER U1i?

I need to unlock u1i but dont know if counter is ok could someone tell how to do it? i have tried this *#*#7378423#*#* not working ,i tried this SERVICE MENU - red – green – red – red – green – red , i get some info but simlocks tab not opening
