RMA R-sim ?

I have a couple R-sim and 9 Pro that's not working,

Yes, I'm selling it to consumer,

But before i send it, i always tested from my iphone,



and the question, can i RMA or claim warranty This thing ??

the IC is still Perfectly in good Condition,

Ps: My supplier wont accept any Claim,
