alcatel 4010x unlock problem

hi i tried to unlock this phone by code from nck dongle

Alternative metod:

Type *#*#3646633#*#* and from engeneering menu select SIMMELOCK

New firmware version can generate wrong code, use cable unlock!!!!



but no luck the code didn't work on my phone. then i tried NCK Dongle Android MTK Tool. still can't get my phone unlock
