[Q] How to add Sim lock to an android device

Hello,

I would like to know how can I add a sim lock (per brand) to an android device, the opposite of sim unlock..

Just to be clear I don't want to lock the device to one particular sim card but to a provider sim.

Mainly samsung devices ..
