dongle problem

Plzz bst team I just got this dongle 4 days ago but am having serious problem with it the dongle only stay conected for 3minutes and will disconet and won't be detected again untill 20 minutes time and will only disconect on the process of doing any job after 3minutes...and also I ve tried to repair sm-n900 and sm-g900h ime or to reset the efs whitin this time but still imei null....plzzz team bst I need urgent help plz
