I have 4 M919 with bad serial number, how can my Octopus help me?

I was using a Z3X box, and I did something wrong. Now I have 4 Samsung S4 SGS4-M919 with bad serial numbers. I bought an Octopus box to fix it, but the serial number section is not available. Is this something I need to buy extra.

Could somebody please tell me how to fix it. PLEASE!!!!!!
