i9100 dead

Hi friends,

I've an i9300 dead. No charge, no power on, no download mode with jig, no water damage. Between + and - of battery there is 1 on multimeter (with beep selector). So no short. What could be the problem? I see in different solution SC119. How can I verify it? Thanks..
