iPhone 5s : Need help unlock Rogers Canada, rsim mini2 ,rsim air 2

I try since days to unlock my iP5s , after upgrade 7.1.2 stuck in activation mode " Not a Valid Sim Card " and cannot activated again.

Any tip ?
