xperia z1 doesn't start,voltage is 1

Hi,

i Have xperia z1 C6903

the Phone isn't Power And VOltage Of The Phone is Just 1

i test a Boot repair And Doesnt Succesfully

I test it with FlashTool and SUS! No Fastboot No FlashMode No drive...

Please Help Me

its Just 1 -Not Higher-Not Lower- Just 1

i test it with power supply and its 1 too :/ i test it with another battery And its 1 too
