i747 with i9300 firmware

-i have a i747 that came with I9300ZSEMC1 version. Very strange, I think it was 4.1.1, have weak signal

-i tried to rewrite the software, nothing worked,

-the only software that was not returned error i747UCALH9_ATTALH9 version 4.0.4

-but because it's smaller version i do not have IMEI and baseband

-what can I do now? even I9300ZSEMC1 give error
