Help please Iphone 3GS

i Have Iphone 3gs inactivated , after restore successfully with he last Iso 6.1.3 but after that iphone can't activated , always no sim detected,



my iphne can't detect SIM, without sim searching and no service.



imei is ok

any one help me to solve this problem
