plss how can i reset note3 n900 with samsung account

Hi guys, plsss what steps should i take to fix note3 n900 with samsung account issue. It happens when i wipe the phone on rebooting the phone stop going next it stay on put your samsung account, can i flash the phone to fix it. Plsss help thanks
