please helpme whit this error
I'm trying to record some new boxes and I can get regular with my accounts of boot-loader but with the program used (boot-loader download manager 2.0) I can not enter but the pasword is fine, the version I use is the 1.21, and try to re install, uninstall, use compatibility mode for xp and am using administrator rights, no what else to do with windows 7 I attached the image of the error that gives me much.
