Hi I am looking for some help please, I have just changed the screen on an Iphone 5, The phone was working but half the screen was broken therefore the digitiser wouldn't work, the power button was also broken.
I disassembled the phone and disconnected the battery as I couldn't shut the phone down, I put a new screen in and fixed the broken power button, now the phone wont boot properly? It turns on, but I am getting grey screen, with black box with white text inside it.
The error I get is Unclean shutdown, Borrowed blocks 16
I cannot restore via iTunes as it wont let me, on both restores.
This is my friends phone, please help, what could the problem be?
