huawei e1550...no incoming calls and sms..help

Hi,

I have a huawei e1550 (idea netsetter-unlocked). The calling option works.

But there is no incoming calls or sms. If I try to call to this modem, I hear switched off tone. There is no problem in data connectivity (2g&3g).



Anybody plz help to solve this problem.
