iphone 5 orange spain x sim 4.19 3g problem

hi i have a iphone 5 from orange spain and a x sim 4,19 i use it with a tmn portugal sim card and i can only have edge connection someone knows how to fix it? i already jailbreak iphone is in ios 7.04
