lenovo s560 hard reset procedure

-> Turn the handset off and plug the battery

-> Plug usb cable or charger

-> Wait until the charge indicator appears on the screen and then press and hold the volume up + volume down

-> Wait until missing a charge display on the screen and quickly press and hold the power button but the button is not released vol up and vol down earlier, wait until the image download mode

-> Release all detained last button and press the option button on the lower left corner

-> Press the vol down select and click ok factory reset by pressing the option button

-> Select reboot

-> DONE.
