Problem unlocking Pantech C520...Please Help

I´m having problems to unlock a pantech c520. I have the unlock code and i type *#865625# to enter the code and it shows me this:





The incorrect unlock code was entered five (5) times. This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked.



Please if someone can help me with any solution. Thanks
