Range check error win7 64 bit

Hello to all

i have 2 pc 1with win xp and the dongle is working fine on it

the another pc withe win 7 64 bit win i try to run BEST show range check error i must delete the driver from devise manager and reinstall it manual

and after install it manual work fine 100%

but after restart the pc :(

the problem is come again range check error:confused:

i try almost all drivers but not done

instdrv_stdrk200

CardReader_Fetian_FT2K_x32_x64

and some another drivers but not done

so please help me team
