SM-T211 repair

Hi, i have galaxy tab3 7.0 3g and after upgraded to latest version, imei is damaged but i cant repair with any tool because modem part i think is damaged or another.



if press *#7284# nothing is selected and cant select under UART. can i flash entire emmc with another? is T211 support to repair?
