i9195 imei repair

i did reset EFS.

evrything was ok.

and the imei was 0.

but when i use rj45 cable to do factory mode.

always shows time out.

i checked 7284 (uart:modem, usb:PDF) and 9090.

the system version is latest 4.2.2.

how can i do.

pls help.
