Nokia Asha 311 contact service

Hi!

Nokia Asha 311 goes to contact service after flashing.

Could I repair it via atf?

Please help cause customer argued with me a lot and can't be convinced.:(

I have to repair its sim locks.

He said, it was alive when I gave you and now you've given me in dead condition. I must need it at it's first condition, he add.

Please help me in this matter.
