S4 I9500 MT6575 hang on blue display

Hi i have S4 I9500 cpu mt6575 problem was download application not work but i flash with volcano box now phone in on but blue display i try to write flash with factory tool but getting error any one help me whats error is this i try with many file factory tool but stop on 3%........:confused::confused::confused::confused:
