help with HTC Explorer (Pico)

I have a HTC explorer that reboots several times by itself. I´ve tried with Factory reset in the recovery; however, it has the same issue (reboots).



I want to find a tuto or the solution in order to load the proper rom for HTC Explorer (Pico).



I´m new working on HTC phones, that´s why I ask for help
