BST Dongle Error on Install

What am I doing wrong? I have downloaded and installed 3.15 and all the drivers. When I put the USB Dongle into the computer, it errors out on installing the driver. When I look in Device Manager I see under Other devices a device named EdecKey. It shows no drivers have been installed for this device.



I have tried on three different computers and disabled any antivirus software.



Not sure what I am doing wrong?
