DC power supply, not all phones turns on

I'm new here so don't be angry on me with my stupid questions :)



I got DC power supply 30v 5a and not all phones connected directory to battery socket turns on...



WHY?



Those who don't turns on after pressing power button current flows, but no turns on. With battery works fine.
