help with read info i8260l imei repair

i come here for help with a problem that has me a little crazy

Selected model: GT-I8260L

Phone was not found on the selected port!

Searching for USB diagnostic port...

Connecting to phone on COM5

Mode: Emergency



debug is activated

*#0808# phone util is in DM+ MODEM + ADB

something that is not mentioned in the help of the software is octopus is this *#7284#, anyway *#7284# is in USB _ MODEM

*#9090# diag config is in USB



im try with two firmwares, one of them is GT-i8260L_for_IMEI_Repair.oct, another is I8260LUBAMG3_1336048_REV03_user_low_ship.oct



and i can't read info with the software... i dont know, this issue has me a little crazy..
