Nand swap iPhone 5

Hey everyone. I want to thank everyone in advanced for contributing.

I have done a lot of googling and research about the possibility of recovering data from a dead iphone 5 logic board. I have 2 logic boards from an iPhone 5. One is a Verizon 32GB and one a Verizon 16GB. Now, my knowledge in circuits is very limited however I have skill in soldering and reflowing. Basically I'm good with following instructions and hope to learn as much as I can through inputs from others.

The data is on the 32GB board. The 16GB board is a donor board which is okay to sacrifice. From what I've gathered I may be able to obtain the data by transplanting the CPU and NAND chip from the defective board, over to the working board (after removing original components) in order to successfully recover the data. Is anyone out there able to confirm this? Are there other chips I need to transplant?

Thanks again everyone! I'll post my results after some feedback.
