Hi there, i adquire an RSIM Mini2 + dongle



the Rsim are in the V.9.8



i have a SIM Card 4G from my carrier and all the time i insert my carrier code at the RSIM menu the activation menu from apple appear. why this happen? what im doing wrong? i need something else?
