Need help with Samsung Galaxy S3 (SGH-1747M) 4.3

I recently bought a used phone that turned out to be blacklisted. I've already done a search but having troubles knowing which methods still work to repair the IMEI. I'm a little new to the process, so If someone could link me which ever tutorials I need, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance! :)
