Serial number on logic board iPhone 5

hi guys, i got simple question.



I have two iphone 5. One is bricked and Out of Warranty. Other one is working and still in warranty.



Is sufficient to switch each other logicboard to have a bricked iphone but covered by warranty so i can bring it to applecare?



are serial number stamped on logicboard?



i got same problem with two iphone 5s.
