sfr pending

i have a order for a iPhone sfr since 16 july and it is still in processing when i remember it was 2 to 5 days ..... now price is higher and it take even longer and my phone is still in processing (after 21 days) which i don t understand why....

i already tried Skype chatting but no answer on Skype even by email to support
