Unlock vs. Factory Unlock

Hello,



I am new too Chimera Tools. I am trying to work on my Tmobile Galaxy S4 and I see 2 options:



"Unlock" and "Factory Unlock".



The tooltip of both options says that it is "sim-Unlock". I was wondering why there are 2 buttons (options) and what exactly are techincal difference!?
