URGENT .Need driver Nokia XL android 1.2.3.1

I have nokia XL android os 1.2.3.1 only need to root and install goggle store.

But why the pc show massage like:

This wizard helps you install software for:

Nokia XL (RM-1030).



I was download driver from internet, but nothing support.

my pc windows xp sp..

The tool for root is best dongle and ATF nitro.
