Why You Did Delete my post about zte kis 3???

Why You Did Delete my post about zte kis 3??? I want to buy your box but i think sigma team is not serious with customer , i did post about zte kis 3 ( v790 ) , its brand new phone and i did try to reset with vol+ and vol- after this phone now just vibrate, i want to know can sigma repair this phone ??? i want to but this box..
